Just up the street from the vibrant Ballard district, this safe, walkable, and transit-friendly location is currently the site of Restaurante Michoacan. The restaurant will stay on as a tenant during the entitlement process. With the permit process starting up soon and preliminary construction estimated to begin in early 2018, we are excited to add this project to HUP’s portfolio. Stay tuned for updates as we pursue the Master Use Permit.

Work has begun updating both the exterior and interior of the Columbia Green Apartments. Curb appeal will be enhanced by adding a fresh coat of paint, freshening up the landscaping, and modernizing the look of the railings. Common areas are getting new tile flooring and natural light in hallways will be maximized by replacing solid exit doors with glass. Exterior and common area improvements are on schedule to be completed by August 2015.
