Our typical Equity Investors can be classified as:
- Private Investors – Individual accredited investors able to contribute $25K-$250K into a specific real estate project. This investor class is passive, meaning there is no active involvement in the management.
- Institutional – Professional accredited investment groups and high net worth families able to contribute from $250K to $5MM per project. These investors are typically offered input on key strategic project decisions, but are otherwise passive.
We believe transparency is critical to maintaining investor confidence in our projects, therefore we deliver detailed quarterly reports to all investors and we offer 24-hour web access to the latest property information.
